Siwei developed a folding carton system based on consistent proportions, controlled spacing, and a shared print specification. Each dieline was adjusted to the corresponding container while preserving a unified front-panel hierarchy.
Material and structure direction
Smooth SBS paperboard supported clean color reproduction and crisp structural folds. Individual carton sizes retained a consistent front-panel ratio while securing each product format.
Printing and sample confirmation
Physical samples were used to confirm fit, fold performance, background color, and foil position before the complete product range moved toward production.
Final Result
